Four-Method Sheet Separation System

Double-feeding is the failure point of most automation systems. The VENDRIX™ system integrates four independent separation technologies into one unified system — so it handles stainless, oily stock, and thin gauge without manual intervention or double-sheet faults.

Handles ferrous stock. Separates mild steel sheets reliably regardless of surface condition or minor warping.

Vibration

Disrupts adhesion between sheets without deformation. Critical for stacked thin gauge where sheets naturally vacuum together.

Assists separation on non-ferrous and ultra-thin material where magnets can't engage and vibration alone isn't enough.

Real-time sensor feedback confirms a single sheet is being presented to the laser. Catches double-feeds before they become expensive crashes.
